- Master’s degree, preferably in Economics/Finance/Management/Project Management Top-tier strategy consulting/ large scale project management/business planning
- 5 years of experience in sell-side/buy-side deals
- Knowledge of best practices in project management and detailed implementation planning skills
- Financial and investment appraisal capabilities across a variety of project and initiative types
- Problem-solving skillset
- M&A Specialised / Technical Capabilities
- M&A Lifecycle Acumen – Ability to build expertise in several phases of the M&A lifecycle to enhance client recommendations
- M&A Functional Focus – Ability to build experience in one or more functional work streams and understanding of dependencies with other functional work streams
- Strong network within M&A environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
- Tax, legal and economic knowledge
